Yes. On the cart page, you’ll be prompted to select from available Sunday delivery windows (1:30 PM – 3:30 PM, 4:00 PM – 6:30 PM). Slots fill up quickly, so we recommend placing your order early to secure your preferred time.
Yes. We require a minimum order of $50 to Kitchener & Waterloo to ensure cost-effective delivery and maintain our freshness standards.
Delivery is a flat $9.99 per order anywhere in the Kitchener or Waterloo region. Orders over $150 qualify for free delivery.
At this time, we cannot modify orders once they’re placed. If you need to cancel, please contact our support team (phone, email, or live chat) at least 24 hours before your scheduled Sunday delivery. Cancellations requested within this window will be processed; any requests made less than 24 hours before delivery cannot be accommodated.
